Ria Boodoo is the CEO of SRG Consultant Services, dedicated to empowering SMEs through financial support. With over 20 years of experience in finance, she advocates for financial inclusion and sustainable development, particularly in the Caribbean. Ria holds an MBA in Leadership, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from Anglia Ruskin University and has received ACCA-CAT Caribbean Recognition. She has held significant leadership roles and served as a Local Government Representative in Trinidad and Tobago, promoting community empowerment. SRG Consultant Services Ltd leads numerous business organizations and founded the WE Thrive Foundation, an NGO focused on promoting financial inclusion for Caribbean MSMEs. Randy Graham is currently the Chief Operations Officer – Property & Casualty for Coralisle Group Ltd. (CG), an insurance company that operates in 20 countries across the Caribbean. Before stepping into his role as the COO of CG, Randy was the CEO of CG United Insurance Ltd. (formerly Massy United Insurance) for 7 years. With more than 15 years of insurance industry experience, he has also served as the CEO of the Financial Services Commission (FSC) in Barbados, and as the General Manager of IMPS Ltd, a Barbadian Insurance brokerage firm. Randy graduated Suma Cum Laude from Southwest Missouri State University with a degree in Insurance and holds a Master of Science degree in Risk Management from St. John’s University in New York. Known as the first person in Barbados to receive the designation of Chartered Insurer, Randy serves on several Boards as a Director of both local and regional associations and currently lectures at numerous institutions. In addition to his impressive professional achievements, Randy is married, and he and his wife have two children.
Rosana John is an Attorney-at-Law admitted to practice in Anguilla and Grenada. She holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Law and Policy and brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Head of the Caribbean-wide ESG Steering Committee at Dentons Delany. In this capacity, she represents the firm’s commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) leadership across both regional and global platforms. Dentons Delany is a pan-Caribbean law firm operating in 13 jurisdictions across the region. It is the first law firm in the Caribbean to join the United Nations Global Compact, underscoring its dedication to aligning business strategies with universal principles on Human Rights, Labour, Environment, and Anti-Corruption. In addition to providing legal advisory services in ESG, sustainability, and sustainable finance, Dentons Delany is also committed to walking the talk—embedding sustainability principles into its own operations through internal initiatives focused on reducing environmental impact, promoting inclusion, and supporting ethical governance.
Anand Harrilall is an experienced professional in international development, project management, and international business, leveraging two decades of expertise to deliver innovative growth solutions. He has worked with international organizations managing trade and private sector development projects, as well as with companies across diverse industries. His work has focused on assessing and capitalizing on growth opportunities to expand businesses in the USA, Canada, the UK, Guyana, Suriname, and the Caribbean. Anand is skilled in go-to-market strategies that optimize efficiencies and integrate local content, ESG principles, and sustainability to achieve desired results. He holds a Master’s in Planning and Development, along with professional certifications in Public-Private Partnerships, Project Management, and International Trade.
David Boodhram is renowned for his exceptional expertise in Internal Audit, Accountancy, Governance, and Risk Management. With an illustrious career spanning over two decades across diverse sectors such as Communication, Manufacturing, and Construction, Mr. Boodhram stands out as a paragon of professional excellence. Mr. Boodhram holds memberships with esteemed organizations including the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT), and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). His commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards is further demonstrated through his affiliation with the Open Compliance Ethics Group (OCEG). He is a Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), and Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance Professional (GCRP). These qualifications underpin his extensive knowledge and skill set. Integrity and Objectivity are the cornerstones of Mr. Boodhram’s professional career, guiding his interactions with stakeholders at every turn. Among his many accomplishments, he played an instrumental role in steering a leading local Construction Group towards ISO 9001 certification. His expertise has also been pivotal in transforming UNIPET into a risk-intelligent organization by facilitating the implementation of an Enterprise Risk Management Framework and an integrated approach to Governance, Risk, and Compliance. As UNIPET’s Chief Governance and Risk Officer, Mr. Boodhram continues to shape the organization's strategic direction and spearhead risk management and sustainability initiatives. With unwavering dedication to excellence, he ensures that UNIPET remains at the forefront of innovation while safeguarding the interests of its stakeholders.
